What You Will Do

• Lead the design and execution of complex client workflow implementations on the AI platform
• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts and SQL data workflows to support integrations and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues, often rebuilding environments to diagnose problems
• Collaborate with client marketing and operations teams to map existing processes and design automated alternatives
• Define implementation standards and document repeatable playbooks for scalable delivery
• Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex client implementations
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflow automation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and training
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development of best practices

What We Are Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL for automation, integration, and data workflow development
• Experience in a technical role involving workflow automation, systems integration, or marketing operations
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Manager, or Technical CSM
• Ability to translate operational needs into scalable automation solutions
• Prior remote work experience, with fluency in remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on workflow automation and AI-driven solutions
