About the Role
The Alliance and Partnership Manager role at RxLogix is a critical position that supports the VP of Global Sales in expanding the company's market presence through strategic collaborations. This involves identifying, recruiting, managing, and maintaining partnerships that align with RxLogix's vision and values. The successful candidate will be integral in developing and executing the partnership model, ensuring its success and contributing to the company's growth.As part of the RxLogix team, the Alliance and Partnership Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmacovigilance industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts within the industry and a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Assist in conducting market research to identify potential partners that align with RxLogix's vision and values.
- Support the categorization of partners based on their expertise, reach, and capabilities.
- Engage potential partners, communicate RxLogix's value proposition, and negotiate beneficial collaboration terms.
- Develop and update comprehensive onboarding materials and provide training to partners.
- Ensure partners understand the features and benefits of RxLogix's pharmacovigilance software.
- Equip partners with relevant sales collateral and tools.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to foster strong relationships.
- Monitor partner performance, track sales, and address challenges in collaboration with the VP of Global Sales.
- Solicit feedback from partners to enhance collaboration.
- Collaborate with partners on joint marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
- Support positioning RxLogix as a thought leader in pharmacovigilance through partner channels.
- Facilitate joint sales efforts with partners.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8-10 years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
- An MBA or Master's in Business Management, Growth, or Strategy is highly preferred.
- Experience in the BioPharma R&D software and services industry is essential.
- A robust network of key leaders and decision-makers in potential partner companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with or for a CRO is a significant plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence, particularly in pharmacovigilance.
