About the Role

As an Amazon 3D Designer at PriorityChef, you will be at the forefront of creating the visual identity of our products on Amazon. This involves not just designing high-quality images and videos but also telling a story that resonates with our customers. Your work will be pivotal in how our brand is perceived and will directly impact customer engagement and conversion rates. You will be part of a small, agile team that values creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.

The role of a 3D designer in e-commerce is multifaceted, requiring a blend of technical skills, creativity, and an understanding of what drives consumer behavior. Your day-to-day tasks will include brainstorming ideas, designing, and refining visual content to ensure it meets our brand standards and exceeds customer expectations. Collaboration with our Senior Conversion Manager will be key to testing and refining our visual strategy to ensure it is highly effective.

What You Will Do

  • Create high-quality hero images and stacks for new and existing products.
  • Design Amazon image stacks, A+ Content, videos, and store/social media visuals that align with our brand identity.
  • Produce and assemble short product videos for listings and ads, ensuring they are engaging and informative.
  • Utilize AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, and production, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  • Ensure our brand look is consistent and polished across all assets, adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Conversion Manager to test and improve creatives, incorporating feedback to enhance performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amazon’s creative formats and best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in e-commerce design and Amazon policies.
  • Continuously look for ways to innovate and improve our visual content.

What We Are Looking For

  • A great eye for composition, lighting, and clean, high-converting e-commerce design.
  • Experience with Amazon creative formats, including listing images, A+, brand store, and social media.
  • Solid skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
  • Comfort and curiosity with AI-assisted workflows, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Reliable communication skills, with the ability to work independently and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create high-quality visual content for e-commerce platforms.
  • Understanding of design principles and how they apply to enhancing customer experience.
