About the Role

The Amazon Account Manager role at AMZ Advisers is a challenging and creative position that requires a driven and self-motivated individual with exceptionally strong communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15+ clients, building long-lasting relationships, and driving business growth through strategic marketing plans. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop and implement effective marketing strategies, and provide regular progress updates.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 15+ client accounts, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships and driving business growth
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs and drive business results
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients, including bi-weekly strategy calls and performance reports
  • Build and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all client accounts
  • Proactively brainstorm and implement strategies to grow client accounts on Amazon
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Work with other departments to accomplish overall, high-level goals
  • Attend Account Management meetings and training sessions on a weekly or bi-weekly basis
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges
  • Plan, implement, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns within Amazon's Campaign Manager
  • Plan and implement promotional plans and strategies to drive business growth

What We Are Looking For

  • BA in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in client account management
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Experience with Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, go-getter mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (100% English)

Nice to Have

  • Experience with software platforms such as Intentwise and Zonguru
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools and technologies
  • Certification in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
