Job Description

About the Role

The AMI Program Manager - Curriculum, Programming, and Digital Lead will play a critical role in managing national and regional educational programs for the advanced and faculty customer segment. This temporary, full-time position will be responsible for designing and executing program concepts, securing HCP faculty, building program content, and conducting speaker briefings. The successful candidate will work closely with sales and marketing managers to create pre- and post-action plans associated with programming and will act as the on-site lead for assigned live or virtual programs.

As a key member of the AMI team, the Program Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing AMI content for inclusion in the Allergan Aesthetics social media platforms and AMI Online. This will involve driving campaigns to enhance registrations for AMI Online, tracking and analyzing course usage, and optimizing the portal via webinars, curricula, and trends analysis. The Program Manager will also be responsible for managing the budget for assigned components of the AMI program and will work closely with medical and regulatory stakeholders to garner approvals of material.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and the ability to lead projects independently. Experience working with agencies, health education, and digital content management is an asset.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all aspects of designated national and regional educational programs, from concept refinement to execution and follow-up
  • Design and execute program concepts, including field targeting plans, HCP faculty selection, and program content development
  • Work closely with sales and marketing managers to create pre- and post-action plans associated with programming
  • Act as the on-site lead for assigned live or virtual programs, coordinating all stakeholders
  • Create and implement AMI content for inclusion in the Allergan Aesthetics social media platforms and AMI Online
  • Drive campaigns to enhance registrations for AMI Online through SFMC
  • Track and analyze course usage, and optimize the portal via webinars, curricula, and trends analysis
  • Manage the budget for assigned components of the AMI program
  • Work closely with medical and regulatory stakeholders to garner approvals of material
  • Liaise with IMCO and EUCAN to leverage specific assigned program content already developed in international markets
  • Create relevant KPIs for assigned programs aligned to advancing HCPs knowledge and skills

What We Are Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree in science, business, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of success within a commercial, medical, or education sector within the aesthetics industry
  • Experience in health education is an asset
  • Experience working with agencies is an asset
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to lead projects independently with a problem-solving mentality
  • Demonstrated skills in tactical program development
  • Knowledge of various ethical, IMC, CMA, standards, dynamics, and environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and manage simultaneous projects
  • Confident working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); bilingual (French) is an asset

  • Certification in CHE/CPD (CCPE)
  • Continuing Professional Development course through CCPE
  • Experience with digital platforms, including Canva and SFMC
