## About the Role The AML/CFT Officer role at InTalent Asia is a critical position that involves overseeing the DNFBPs sector and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, sector studies, and thematic reviews to strengthen compliance monitoring. Your expertise in AML/CFT compliance will be essential in driving the growth of onboarding institutions in the DNFBPs sectors.
The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure and prepare clear, concise reports. You will be working closely with stakeholders across sectors, organizing awareness programs, capacity-building workshops, and outreach initiatives.

## What You Will Do - Conduct off-site examinations and follow-up reviews of DNFBPs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Perform risk assessments for DNFBPs to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them - Conduct sector studies and thematic reviews to strengthen compliance monitoring and drive growth - Organize and deliver awareness programs, capacity-building workshops, and outreach initiatives across sectors - Support stakeholder coordination relevant to DNFBPs and build strong relationships with key stakeholders - Assist in conducting meetings and reporting activities as required by the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) management - Oversee DNFBP sector activities and provide management support to ensure effective implementation of compliance strategies - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the FIU management to support the growth of the institution - Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance strategies
## What We Are Looking For - Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Law, or a related field - Minimum 15 years of overall banking experience, including at least 5 years in AML/CFT compliance or risk management roles - Professional certifications in AML/CFT compliance, such as ACAMS or Compliance Diploma, are preferred - Excellent proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prepare clear, concise, and well-structured reports and documentation - Strong analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - High flexibility and adaptability in dynamic work environments
