About the Role
The Asset Management Analyst role at SitusAMC is a critical component of the company's Asset Management team, responsible for managing and monitoring a $90B+ portfolio of largely transitional commercial real estate loans. This role will involve working closely with the Situs Asset Management Team and Servicing team to deliver accurate, timely, and consistently high-quality services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, advanced Excel skills, and a basic understanding of real estate finance, terminology, and performance metrics.As a key member of the team, the Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for reconciling and reviewing various reports, including monthly portfolio statistics, remittance reconciliations, and quarterly asset reports. This will require a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.

What You Will Do
- Reconcile and review various reports, including monthly portfolio statistics, remittance reconciliations, and quarterly asset reports
- Monitor the collection of required financial reporting from Borrowers, including property operating statements, rent rolls, STR reports, and guarantor/borrower financials
- Aggregate and compile property-level information into portfolio-wide statistics and presentation materials
- Assist Asset Managers with quarterly lender reports, including inputting financials, updating rent rolls, and obtaining updated market information
- Maintain client watchlists detailing property performance, market trends, recent leasing at the property, and any other significant findings
- Analyze property operating statements, including noting significant changes in income and expenses
- Review rent rolls, including noting any upcoming lease terminations, renewals, and any free rent periods for tenants
- Perform covenant tests regarding debt service coverage ratio, debt yield, loan-to-value, and guarantor net worth hurdles
- Support the asset management team in their daily responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various ad-hoc reports
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related subject
- 0-2 years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role or external equivalent
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate Asset Management
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong analytical and computer skills, with a thorough knowledge of Excel, including the ability to perform cash flow analyses
- Ability to work efficiently with large datasets to process and present results as requested
- Experience with ARGUS, DCF valuation models, and sale/lease comps is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment, think independently, and generate quality work product
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
