About the Role
The Analyst Customer Success Measurement US role at Cint is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on driving customer satisfaction and product adoption. As a key member of the Measurement Customer Success team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative guidance on measurement strategy, brand lift methodology, and product capabilities. Your expertise in data analysis, using tools like Excel and Salesforce, will be crucial in helping clients maximize the value of Cint's products and achieve their business objectives.The Measurement team specializes in digital media measurement and advertising effectiveness, utilizing Cint's proprietary Lucid Measurement platform to enable real-time results for media campaigns. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing study performance, and providing actionable recommendations to drive successful measurement outcomes.
As Cint continues to grow its Measurement business, this role represents a unique chance to be part of a high-impact team and contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success function. What You Will Do
- Serve as a strategic partner to customers throughout their measurement journey
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular business reviews
- Analyze customer data and measurement results to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations
- Train and educate customers on Cint's suite of Measurement products and capabilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing recommendations
- Partner with Sales, Product, Support, and Operations teams to solve customer challenges
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, identifying recurring themes and opportunities for process improvement
- Monitor customer health, engagement, and growth metrics to identify risks and demonstrate value
- Manage multiple customer relationships and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Compile and analyze data from various sources, including Cint proprietary software, Excel, and Salesforce
What We Are Looking For
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, project management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
