About the Role
Affirm is seeking an intelligent and driven professional to join its Operations Analytics team, which leverages data-driven insights to inform servicing strategy and drive business impact.Responsibilities
- Own the existing servicing cost attribution model end-to-end, including reverse-engineering, designing a future-state architecture, and delivering a production-ready replacement that integrates AI/ML capabilities.
- Develop forecasting models using statistical techniques to support operational planning and budgeting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to frame planning and forecasting problems and enable high-quality decision-making.
