About the Role
The Revenue team at Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead to drive comprehensive analyses, reporting, and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to craft narratives for internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Alliances and Client Success Teams as the data SME for respective Revenue segments and merchants
- Create business cases, insights, and dashboards to engage Affirm's external merchant base and demonstrate the company's value proposition and product performance
- Create internal analyses to assess Revenue performance, drive recommendations, and inform critical decisions
Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to craft comprehensive narratives for both internal and external stakeholdersHow to Stand Out
- Develop a strong portfolio showcasing your analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on GTM expertise
- Familiarize yourself with Affirm's products and services to demonstrate your understanding of the company's value proposition
- Practice communicating complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Be prepared to discuss your experience with data solutions and analytics infrastructure
- Highlight your ability to work proactively within an organization and with clients to drive forward recommendations
