## About the Role Affirm is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead the company's fraud monitoring and detection efforts. ## Responsibilities - Develop strategies for monitoring and preventing fraud across the network - Leverage advanced data analytics to identify loss drivers and optimize fraud management strategies - Report on fraud trends and loss drivers to cross-functional partners and senior management - Respond to fraud rings and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner - Work with the operations team to limit losses and ensure optimal review volumes - Assist with evaluation and development of new features to improve fraud detection capabilities ## Requirements - 7+ years of experience in Fraud Management or a related field with a focus on analytics - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be responsive during peak fraud activity - Product knowledge and passion to understand how the product works and how to change it to make it more effective
