About the Role
The Analytics Manager, GTM position at Docker is a critical role that will own and evolve the analytics experience for the sales organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards that help sales representatives identify opportunities to generate pipeline within their accounts. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of SQL, dashboard development, and sales analytics. You will work closely with the sales team to understand their workflows and ensure that the dashboards align with their needs.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with experience in analytics, BI, or sales/GTM analytics roles. You will be proficient in SQL and have experience building and owning dashboards in BI tools such as Sigma, PowerBI, or Tableau. You will also have a deep familiarity with Salesforce data and experience working with a data warehouse, preferably Snowflake.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of GTM dashboards from development to iteration, adoption, and ongoing support
- Build and maintain dashboards that help sales representatives identify where and how to generate pipeline within their accounts
- Revamp product and account-level dashboards to surface high-signal insights, such as expansion opportunities, product adoption gaps, and self-service to sales-led conversion signals
- Translate product usage and account data into clear, actionable insights that sales representatives can use for prospecting and account planning
- Write complex SQL across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other GTM data sources, combining and transforming data into clean, reliable datasets that power dashboards and drive sales decisions
- Act as the primary point of contact for sales analytics, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and refining dashboards based on real user feedback
- Partner directly with sales representatives and leaders to understand workflows and ensure that dashboards align with how the field operates
- Continuously improve dashboards to make them more intuitive, actionable, and embedded into the sales process
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of key metrics in partnership with RevOps and Finance
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or sales/GTM analytics roles
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, window functions, and working with large datasets
- Strong experience building and owning dashboards in BI tools such as Sigma, PowerBI, or Tableau
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce data, including accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and activities
- Experience working with a data warehouse, preferably Snowflake
- Experience working with product usage data and applying it to GTM use cases
- Ability to translate product signals into actionable insights for sales representatives
- Experience building dashboards that support account prioritization, prospecting, or pipeline generation
- Understanding of SaaS growth motions, including self-service to sales-led expansion within accounts
Nice to Have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Matplotlib
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to sales analytics
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Certification in data science or a related field
- Experience working in a product-led growth environment
