About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager position at Anteelo is a crucial role that involves the execution of paid social media campaigns, analysis of digital data, and optimization of website performance. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Analyze digital data using SEMrush and other marketing analytics tools to draw key recommendations for website optimization
- Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used and monitor campaign budgets
- Coordinate with the sales team to create targeted marketing campaigns and prepare accurate reports on campaign performance
- Manage digital dashboards for multiple accounts and maintain up-to-date records of campaign metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and developments, applying this knowledge to continuously improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing and engaging campaign materials
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to the marketing team and senior management
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media campaigns
- Proven track record of success in executing and analyzing paid social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, lead generation, and marketing analytics tools, including SEMrush
- Experience with social media management tools and platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Certification in digital marketing or a related field (desirable)
