About the Role

The Anthropic Fellows Program is designed to support the development of promising technical talent in AI research and engineering. As a fellow, you will have the opportunity to work on an empirical project aligned with Anthropic's research priorities, with the goal of producing a public output such as a paper submission. You will be part of a cohort of fellows who will receive funding and mentorship from Anthropic researchers.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct research on an empirical project aligned with Anthropic's research priorities
  • Produce a public output such as a paper submission
  • Collaborate with Anthropic researchers and other fellows
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions
  • Utilize external infrastructure such as open-source models and public APIs
  • Develop and implement research proposals

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in AI research and engineering
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python
