## About the Role As an Apothekenberatung at Lifelancer, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing pharmacy vaccination programs, working closely with pharmacies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes. ## What You Will Do - Proactively engage with pharmacies to promote vaccination services and drive business growth - Develop and deliver training programs to equip pharmacies with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality vaccination services - Provide ongoing support and guidance to pharmacies, addressing any questions or concerns they may have - Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy vaccination programs and implement changes to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new vaccination programs and services - Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of pharmacy vaccination programs and identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmacies, healthcare professionals, and industry partners - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in pharmacy vaccination programs - Utilize digital tools and platforms to communicate with pharmacies and stakeholders, ensuring seamless and efficient communication - Develop and implement strategies to drive patient engagement and retention, improving health outcomes and business growth
## What We Are Looking For - Experience in sales, account management, or training, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry - Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including pharmacy operations and vaccination services - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacies and stakeholders - Proven track record of driving business growth and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions and exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong focus on results-driven performance and continuous learning - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive business growth and improvement - Experience with digital tools and platforms, including CRM systems and communication software - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
