Application Analyst III, Business Applications - Information Solutions

About the Role

The Application Analyst III will be working closely with the Leader of the Business Delivery team and will be expected to participate in team and project meetings, assist with onboarding new hires, and lead designated projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications
• Provide proactive and reactive support to end-users
• Participate in team and project meetings
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Lead designated projects
• Provide input on intelligent solutions to improve efficiency
• Maintain system updates and support operational end-users
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of directly related experience
• Strong interpersonal, project management, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with business applications and system updates
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional attitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to participate in team and project meetings and assist with onboarding new hires
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead designated projects and provide input on intelligent solutions
• Application-specific certifications preferred
