About the Role
The Senior Application Analyst role at ThedaCare is a critical position that supports and enhances the Workday Finance system across the organization. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will partner with various business teams, including Payroll, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, to maintain system functionality, resolve issues, and improve processes. The role involves working closely with third-party vendors and ensuring data accuracy and efficient system use.Day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting system issues, implementing solutions, and developing reports for business users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial processes and accounting concepts, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The Senior Application Analyst will also be responsible for managing support tickets, ensuring thorough and timely work, and complying with documentation procedures.

What You Will Do
- Maintain and support Workday Finance modules and system configuration
- Partner with business teams to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations
- Develop and maintain reports for business users
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial system data
- Manage support tickets ensuring thorough, timely work, and compliance with documentation procedures
- Support system integrations and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems
- Experience with Workday Finance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial processes and accounting concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with system implementations or upgrades
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Workday certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
