About the Role
As an Application Engineer at X-Rite, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process. You will be the go-to expert for all technical aspects of X-Rite's color science and technology solutions, working closely with the sales team to design and implement tailored solutions for clients. Your day-to-day activities will include product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions, as well as providing ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.The role is based in Thailand, and you will be working remotely as part of a global team. You will be expected to travel to customer sites and partner locations as required, so a willingness to be flexible and adaptable is essential. With a strong focus on customer-facing technical support, you will be the face of X-Rite's technical expertise, building relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.

What You Will Do
- Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the sales process
- Design and implement tailored color science and technology solutions for clients
- Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions
- Provide ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth
- Travel to customer sites and partner locations as required
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in color science and technology
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in marketing activities, such as trade shows and webinars
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Color Science or a related field (e.g., Chemical, Materials Science)
- 3-5 years of experience in printing and packaging technology or industrial color management
- Experience in pre-sales and after-sales support, including product demonstration, installation, user training, and technical support
- Ability to manage and support distributors or partners, including technical training and relationship management
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and partner locations as required
- Fluent in Thai and good English communication skills
- Experience with color science and technology solutions, including software and hardware
- Knowledge of industry-specific applications, such as printing and packaging
