About the Role
The Application Support Associate role at TurningPoint Healthcare Solutions is a critical part of the company's technology operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for coordinating and resolving issues related to the company's operational facing applications, including CRM, Data, MDNAV, and Portal. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, data input, and operational processes, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CRM systems, data input, and operational processes, and will be able to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will be working closely with the technical staff to ensure efficient resolution of issues and will be communicating with submitters, clients, end users, and product owners to provide updates and support. - Triage Zendesk tickets, emails, and other reported errors and issues
- Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues, documenting errors, root cause, severity, and level of business impact
- Communicate with submitters, clients, end users, and product owners to provide updates and support
- Assist with Portal Registration and other operational tasks as needed
- Work closely with the technical staff to ensure efficient resolution of issues
- Escalate issues to the correct IT department for resolution when necessary
- Use critical thinking skills to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of issues and resolutions
- Participate in training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience working with CRM systems, data input, and operational processes
- Basic understanding of CRM, operational processes, and workflows
- Experience troubleshooting issues, performing minor updates, and executing workflows
- Familiarity with COR, clinical, or operational processes and workflows
- Ability to work independently and use critical thinking skills to resolve issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with Zendesk or other ticketing systems
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Familiarity with MDNAV or other similar systems
- Certification in a related field, such as ITIL or CompTIA
- Experience with scripting or programming languages, such as Python or SQL
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
