About the Role

The Applications Support Analyst role at Sanford Health is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. As a key member of the hospital billing team, you will be responsible for providing routine healthcare information system and application support, utilizing your analytical skills to investigate and resolve support issues, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of training documentation. Day-to-day, you will work closely with other departments and outside vendors to resolve incidents and service requests, researching and analyzing issues to identify root causes and implementing solutions. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field is required, and one year of relevant experience in application support is preferred.
