Your primary focus will be on creating LLM-powered agentic workflows that can reason, plan, and act across various tools and data sources, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, translate these into well-framed agentic problems, and provide technical leadership across the full development and evaluation lifecycle.

Day-to-day, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and platform teams, to ensure seamless integration of AI systems into customers' workflows. Your expertise in AI, particularly in Large Language Models, will be crucial in balancing rapid iteration with the requirement for enterprise-grade solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring engineers across distributed teams, driving clarity in ambiguous situations, and contributing to shared frameworks that enable consistent delivery across customers.

Your role will be pivotal in Cohere's mission to scale intelligence to serve humanity. By working on the design, build, and deployment of agentic workflows, you will be directly contributing to Cohere's goal of making AI accessible and beneficial to a wide range of industries and applications.

  • Collaborate with customers, product, and platform teams to shape how agentic systems are built, evaluated, and deployed at scale.
  • Mentor engineers across distributed teams to raise engineering quality across the organization.
  • Contribute to shared frameworks and patterns that enable consistent delivery across customers.
  • Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements, evolving prototypes into stable, reusable solutions.
  • Engage in post-deployment iteration to ensure the continuous improvement of agentic workflows.
