Job Description

About the Role

Workos is building an Applied AI team to drive productivity across Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations. As an Applied AI Engineer, you will design and ship production AI systems, focusing on internal and external applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify high-impact internal problems that AI can solve.
  • Design and build stable, maintainable tools and workflows that become part of daily operations.
  • Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, retrieval, and tool-calling to integrate with various systems and services.
  • Replace manual processes with AI-driven flows that span multiple apps and data sources.
  • Stay updated on new models, tooling, and best practices, and help the team converge on effective patterns and infrastructure.
