About the Role

Aprio, a nationally ranked CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a highly skilled People Operations Coordinator to join their team in Clark, Pampanga. As a key member of the Business Operations - People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in managing HR support, onboarding, and data maintenance, ensuring that all employee details are accurate and up-to-date. Your expertise in HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, will be essential in driving process improvements and leveraging data insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing HR support tickets, reviewing and approving business process workflows, and performing ongoing data maintenance tasks. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, will be invaluable in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and respond to HR support tickets via SolarWinds, ensuring timely resolution and accurate updates in Workday
  • Review and approve business process workflows in Workday in accordance with established guidelines
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding (both onshore and offshore) through the Lever-to-Workday integration
  • Maintain and provide a weekly report for the Finance team, tracking new hires and relevant employee data
  • Perform ongoing data maintenance, including running regular audits and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies in Workday
  • Partner with IT to troubleshoot data integration issues across systems and ensure data accuracy
  • Clean and maintain legacy or outdated employee records
  • Handle ad hoc requests for Workday updates received outside the ticketing system
  • Support various Workday-related projects, including data clean-up, system updates, and process improvements

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working with Workday or other HRIS platforms is highly preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Amenable to work night shift from 8:00pm to 5:00am

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-growing company
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant laws and regulations
  • Certification in HR or a related field
