What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in arboriculture or a related field
- Certification as an arborist or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at heights and in a variety of weather conditions
- Knowledge of tree identification, pruning techniques, and plant health care
- Experience with digital inventory management tools
- Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate city vehicles
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., horticulture, forestry)
