About the Role
The Architect Software Developer role at Quantiphi is a unique opportunity for experienced developers to design and build intelligent, scalable applications powered by large language models and agentic workflows. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing backend services and AI-driven systems using modern Python frameworks and LLM orchestration tools. You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, product teams, and platform engineers to implement scalable backend services, integrate LLM orchestration frameworks, and enable seamless integration with enterprise systems.The role entails collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions, and ensuring the highest level of quality and reliability in the developed systems. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as continuously improving and optimizing the existing systems.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that serve as the integration layer between AI-powered services and the main React/Java Spring Boot application
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs that send and receive data to/from LLM providers, implementing proper error handling, streaming responses, and rate limiting
- Build intelligent agent orchestration pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and related LLM frameworks
- Develop microservices and async backend systems optimized for high throughput, reliability, and performance
- Design and build integration layers that enable smooth communication between Python microservices and the main React/Java Spring Boot application
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement AI-powered services that support the Agentic platform
- Work with product teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in the developed systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Continuously improve and optimize existing systems
What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python and AI-powered systems
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and related LLM frameworks
- Strong understanding of building production-grade AI applications
- Experience with Java-based backend systems is considered a strong asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Nice to Have
- Experience with containerization using Docker
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
