What You Will Do
- Assist in the design development and project support for high-end residential and boutique commercial projects
- Prepare presentation materials, including mood boards, material palettes, and layouts
- Develop architectural drafting and documentation using ArchiCAD
- Create 3D models and visualizations for project presentations
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for projects
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design solutions
- Participate in project meetings and presentations to clients
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and developments
- Ensure compliance with architectural standards and building regulations
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- 1-5 years of professional experience in an architectural design role
- Strong skills in ArchiCAD, with the ability to create detailed drawings and models
- Experience with Photoshop and InDesign for presentation and design development
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling and rendering principles
- Excellent English communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and visualization workflows (an advantage)
