About the Role
The Architectural Drafter will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects. As a key member of the team, the drafter will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create detailed drawings and models of buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing architectural drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other digital tools. They will also collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design concepts, and ensure that all drawings and models are accurate and meet the required standards.

What You Will Do
- Create and edit architectural drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software and other digital tools
- Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement design concepts
- Ensure that all drawings and models are accurate and meet the required standards
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and data for design projects
- Develop and maintain detailed records of design projects, including drawings, models, and specifications
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff members
- Participate in design meetings and presentations to discuss project progress and outcomes
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all drawings and models meet the required standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in architectural design and technology
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting or a related field
- Strong technical skills in CAD software and other digital tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with remote teams and using digital collaboration tools
