Architectural Draftsperson

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with the design team to ensure that all project requirements are met, and that designs are completed to a high standard. What You Will Do

• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data related to architectural projects
• Create detailed architectural drawings and designs
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and procedures
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and policies

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as an architectural draftsperson, or in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other drafting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, and to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think critically
