What You Will Do
- Lead a division team of Area Business Managers to build trust with customers and demonstrate value in a business-to-business selling environment
- Develop and implement divisional business plans that break down impactable business targets by products, segments, and contracting modalities
- Strategically direct Area Business Managers in the acquisition, expansion, and retention of targeted customer accounts within the assigned area
- Drive effective implementation of customer plans by using a wide variety of promotion and analytical tools
- Support Area Business Managers to evaluate and prioritize business across different customer segments
- Lead a team to deliver account performance objectives by developing robust account plans
- Work with account data and multiple territory-level data to develop actionable business plans
- Conduct business reviews and provide feedback to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with customer relationship management and sales force automation tools
- Knowledge of the vaccine market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences
- Adjust and Excel skills are required
