About the Role
The Area Candidate Experience Specialist plays a vital role in guiding candidates through the onboarding journey, from the initial offer to the start of in-person training. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive and seamless experience for new hires, coordinating training schedules, and managing compliance checks. As the primary point of contact, the specialist will address candidate questions and provide ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams, including Talent Acquisition, HR, and Training, to facilitate smooth onboarding and compliance processes. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in this role, as the specialist will need to coordinate with training teams and location managers to ensure candidates are prepared for their training.

What You Will Do
- Guide candidates through the full onboarding journey, including the official offer, hiring documentation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure candidates are scheduled for all appropriate training sessions, including remote, onsite, or hybrid training
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding process
- Coordinate training schedules with training teams and location managers to ensure candidates are prepared for their training
- Manage background and compliance checks, ensuring all hiring documentation is completed accurately and in adherence to company and legal standards
- Maintain up-to-date records of candidate progress and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and compliance processes
- Communicate regularly with training teams and location managers to coordinate schedules and ensure candidates are prepared for their training
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as time-to-hire and onboarding completion rates
- Identify and act on trends or potential delays in the onboarding process
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, recruiting, or a related HR function
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment
- Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- High sense of urgency with effective time management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
