About the Role
The Area Director, Cryo Nerve Block-Central role at AtriCure is a unique opportunity for sales leaders to make a significant impact in the medical device industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the actions of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. The role entails working closely with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and developing proactive action plans to achieve sales targets. With a focus on remote work, you will be expected to travel up to 75% of the time, depending on the territory.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and teamwork. What You Will Do
- Coordinate and direct the actions of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales targets
- Analyze data and develop proactive action plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Travel up to 75% of the time, depending on the territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Provide sales training and coaching to Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide feedback
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the medical device industry
- Successful track record of sales quota achievement
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, depending on the territory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
