About the Role
The Area Sales Manager role at Garage Beer is a key position that drives sales growth and collaboration with distributors. As a remote role, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve volume objectives
- Collaborate with distributors to align priorities and investment

- Utilize digital skills to leverage data and insights and inform sales strategies
- Lead a Field Sales Representative and provide guidance and support
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors and retailers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to inform business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or CPG industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving volume objectives
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
