About the Role
The Team Operations Coordinator is a pivotal role that oversees one of the six Arizona Fall League teams and stadium. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can coordinate staff and player travel, manage stadium operations, and ensure a seamless fan experience. The Team Operations Coordinator will work closely with the field manager, grounds crew, and communications team to ensure that all aspects of the team's operations run smoothly.As a key member of the team, the Team Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily updates on player medicals, availability, and roster constraints. They will also assist with preparing daily lineups and rosters for distribution, monitoring and supervising all stadium operations, and updating PA announcements. Additionally, the Team Operations Coordinator will travel with the team for road games and assist the home team coordinator.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate staff and player travel, including booking flights and hotels
- Manage stadium operations, including supervising grounds crew and ensuring a safe and clean environment for fans
- Provide daily updates on player medicals, availability, and roster constraints
- Assist with preparing daily lineups and rosters for distribution
- Monitor and supervise all stadium operations, including concessions and merchandise sales
- Update and monitor all PA announcements
- Travel with the team for road games and assist the home team coordinator
- Coordinate team workouts with the field manager and grounds crew
- Assist the communications team with media requests
- Execute all autograph requests for team and league-related initiatives
- Accompany and assist players with community-related appearances
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned
What We Are Looking For
- College graduate with a strong background in operations management or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) preferred
- Participation in athletics at the collegiate or professional level a plus
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Operational accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to develop cordial, professional relationships with all levels of club personnel and MLB staff
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and Google G-Suite
- Strong understanding of the sports industry and baseball operations
