About the Role
The AI Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and streamlining AI systems for Novalink Solutions LLC. This position requires minimal supervision, and the successful candidate will exercise independent judgment within well-defined parameters. As a key member of the internal AI product management team, the AI Solutions Architect will collaborate with vendor teams and existing development staff to drive AI innovation.The role entails leading the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring compliance with state security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements. The AI Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership, relevant architectural documentation, and guidance to internal teams and system integrators.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, architecture, and cloud services, with experience in Azure, Agentic AI, and machine learning. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for success in this role.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions
- Define end-to-end AI architectures, including data ingestion, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Provide technical leadership, architectural documentation, and guidance to internal teams and system integrators
- Ensure compliance with state security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements
- Establish reference architectures and best practices for responsible, ethical, and compliant AI use
- Evaluate and integrate AI platforms, cloud services, and vendor solutions
- Design architectures that support explainability, auditability, bias mitigation, and transparency in decision-support systems
- Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and data teams to operationalize AI solutions
- Support AI strategy, roadmap development, and executive briefings to scale AI capabilities
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with AI development, Agentic AI, and Azure
- Strong background in machine learning, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to design and implement AI solutions from business and technical requirements
- Ability to develop technical specifications, designs, and architecture artifacts
- Experience with cloud services, including Azure DevOps and Git
- Familiarity with API/Services, MS Office, and Google Suite
Nice to Have
- Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum, Trello, and Kanban
- Familiarity with ITIL Process and software development life cycle (SDLC)
