What You Will Do
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities to drive business innovation
- Deploy, optimize, and maintain AI models, workflows, and business automation solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI and automation
- Integrate business systems, APIs, and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow
- Develop and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines
- Manage AWS-hosted applications and cloud infrastructure
- Maintain PostgreSQL and other business-critical databases
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Transform operational and business data into actionable insights
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize applications, integrations, and AI systems
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months of related experience in AI, automation, systems integration, software development, or a similar technical role
- Experience working with AI tools, machine learning concepts, and business process automation
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, including EC2, Lightsail, RDS, and IAM
- Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL, and database management
- Experience integrating SaaS platforms, APIs, and third-party applications
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools
- Experience using Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment

- Experience with DevOps practices, deployment pipelines, and system monitoring
- Background in full-stack application development
- Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-location business operations
