About the Role
The Asistente Administrativo role at Accenture México is a hybrid position that offers the opportunity to work with a leading digital marketing company. As a key member of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you will provide administrative support to the Project Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing and coordinating tasks, managing documents and reports, and maintaining accurate records.The PMO team plays a critical role in driving project success, and as an administrative assistant, you will be the backbone of the team, providing essential support to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes, and will be responsible for preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager in the daily management of projects
- Organize and update documentation, reports, and project trackers
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
- Manage and coordinate project-related tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project management office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Experience working with project management tools and software
