As a freelance recruitment assistant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. ## What You Will Do - Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent - Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Manage online job postings and social media recruitment campaigns - Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment - Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities - Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to attract top talent - Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures

## What We Are Looking For - University degree in Psychology or a related field - Experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity - Strong understanding of digital skills, including social media and online recruitment tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Fluency in Spanish and English

## Nice to Have - Experience in a related field, such as HR or marketing - Certification in recruitment or a related field - Experience with recruitment software and systems - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Peru
