## What You Will Do - Conduct thorough fact-checking using trusted public sources and external tools to ensure the accuracy of information.

• Generate high-quality human evaluation data by identifying response strengths, areas for improvement, and factual inaccuracies.
• Assess the reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness of responses to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Ensure that model responses align with expected conversational behavior and system guidelines.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while continuously improving AI model performance.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to organize and analyze data effectively.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine evaluation criteria for AI model responses.
• Participate in the development of new methods and tools for improving AI model accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI research and language models to continuously enhance your skills and contribution to the role.
• Engage in discussions and provide feedback on the quality and relevance of model responses.

## What We Are Looking For - A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as linguistics, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Native speaker of Assamese with excellent writing skills in English.
• Significant experience using large language models (LLMs) and a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify nuances in language and behavior.
• Strong background or experience in domains requiring structured analytical thinking, such as science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and feedback clearly.
• Familiarity with tools and software used for data analysis, such as Excel, and the willingness to learn new systems.

## Nice to Have - Prior experience with RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), model evaluation, or data annotation work.

• Experience writing or editing high-quality written content, such as articles, reports, or educational materials.
• Experience comparing multiple outputs and making fine-grained qualitative judgments, such as in content moderation or quality control roles.
