What You Will Do

• Manage digital assets and ensure accurate and timely transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes
• Develop and maintain documentation and procedures for asset administration
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with the development team to implement new features and functionality
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Participate in project initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in asset administration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of digital assets and private market solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance protocols
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Certification in a related field, such as accounting or finance

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management and process improvement
• Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or Java
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
• Certification in a related field, such as Six Sigma or Agile
