About the Role
The Assistant de formation F/H role at Université de Bordeaux is a unique opportunity for professionals to contribute to the institution's mission of providing high-quality education and training. As a key member of the Formation Tout au Long de la Vie team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of formations, from student registration to diploma issuance. What You Will Do
- Manage the administrative aspects of formations, including student registration, calendar planning, and exam organization
- Provide support to students, teachers, and pedagogical managers throughout the formation process
- Utilize specialized software to manage formations, track student progress, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote formations and respond to user inquiries
- Collaborate with the service financier to manage contracts, invoices, and payments related to formations
- Participate in the development of new formations and the improvement of existing ones
- Ensure compliance with university procedures and regulations, including data protection and archiving
- Contribute to the preparation of audits and quality control measures
- Manage a portfolio of formations and serve as the primary point of contact for students, teachers, and pedagogical managers
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote the university's offerings
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of digital skills and remote work
- Experience in administrative management, preferably in an educational institution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in specialized software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Fluency in French, with proficiency in other languages an asset
