About the Role

The Assistant Manager Learning & Development at Sagility plays a crucial role in building strong relationships with operations teams, driving effective training programs, and developing teams of trainers. This role is essential in ensuring that the company's training strategies align with business priorities, enabling long-term talent development across accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare domain and the ability to leverage digital skills to create engaging learning experiences.

As part of the Sagility team, the Assistant Manager Learning & Development will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, design programs, and implement initiatives that drive performance. The role requires a high level of collaboration, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to analyze program-level data and assess trends.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with operations teams to build strong relationships and drive effective training programs
  • Develop teams of trainers and coordinate training strategies with business priorities
  • Analyze program-level data to assess trends, report outcomes, and optimize training strategy
  • Manage strong stakeholder relationships to align training strategy with business needs and priorities
  • Ensure system-wide training alignment with evolving healthcare standards and audits content for compliance
  • Design programs, courses, and initiatives to address complex domain gaps across programs
  • Leverage deep functional knowledge to co-design learning solutions and position training as a performance driver
  • Lead change-related training execution and manage trainer readiness
  • Align initiatives with transformation goals and ensure consistency with facilitation standards and timelines

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in the healthcare domain
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs
  • Strong understanding of digital skills and remote work experience
  • Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze program-level data and assess trends
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Knowledge of evolving healthcare standards and compliance requirements

Nice to Have

  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
  • Certification in training and development, such as CPTD or CPLP
