About the Role

As a key member of the recruitment team, you will partner closely with founding teams, leadership, and engineering leaders to identify and attract top talent globally. Your expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and digital skills will be essential in driving hiring decisions and building a strong pipeline of candidates.The role requires a deep understanding of engineering talent quality beyond resumes and brand names, as well as the ability to manage multiple roles with speed and consistency. You will be responsible for owning end-to-end hiring across assigned roles, from intake to close, and driving hiring decisions with clear signals, not just interview feedback. What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end hiring across assigned roles, from intake to close
- Build pipelines from scratch using direct sourcing, referrals, and targeted outreach
- Drive hiring decisions with clear signals, not just interview feedback
- Redesign interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to raise the hiring bar
- Improve recruitment processes to increase speed, quality, and consistency across hiring
- Build employer presence through content, messaging, and candidate experience
- Manage multiple roles with speed and consistency
- Partner with founding teams, leadership, and engineering leaders to identify and attract top talent globally
- Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record of closing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing ability, with the ability to generate pipelines without relying on inbound
