About the Role

The Assistant Sales Manager position at X-Rite is a key role in driving revenue growth and managing sales channels in the printing and packaging industry. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and supply chain execution. Your expertise in sales and business development will be crucial in driving the company's growth and expansion in the industry.

The role is based in Vietnam, and you will be working closely with the sales management team to develop and execute sales strategies, prepare and present quotations and proposals, and negotiate and close deals. Your strong understanding of the printing and packaging industry, combined with your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the company's customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing and packaging industry
  • Manage existing relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experience and supply chain execution
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to customers
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong degree in Printing & Packaging Technology, Business, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the printing and packaging industry
  • Proven track record in direct sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of the printing and packaging industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Excel and other sales management tools
