About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager at Pandora is a key position that requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and leadership skills. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving commercial targets. You will spend most of your time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and working closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store goals.

What You Will Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience for every customer
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the sales floor, including visual merchandising and store operations
  • Coach and develop the sales team to achieve their full potential and drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with customers and create loyalty through excellent product knowledge and personalized service
  • Manage and maintain store inventory, including receiving, processing, and replenishing stock
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Pandora products, collections, and brand initiatives
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to the sales team to empower them in achieving their KPI goals
  • Uphold Pandora's brand values and standards in all aspects of the role

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the jewelry or retail industry
  • Knowledge of retail point of sale systems
  • Certification in sales or customer service
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
