What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Coordinate HR projects, such as recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Assist in the development and management of HR budgets and forecasts
- Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation

What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency in digital tools, such as HR software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM or HRCI
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
