About the Role

The Associate Product Manager role at Navitus Health Solutions is a critical position that involves managing operations for existing products and new product development in the pharmaceutical sector. This role is integral to the company's mission of making medications more affordable by removing costs from the drug supply chain. What You Will Do

  • Assist in the analysis of product opportunities, performance, capacity, and capabilities for managing new clients
  • Contribute to requirements, test plans, and execution for system enhancements
  • Develop a keen understanding of Navitus products to collaborate on expanding offerings and refining product positioning
  • Monitor product performance, position, and utility for clients and their members
  • Apply project management techniques to manage project scope, resources, and timeline
  • Analyze, document, and report any issues with claims associated with assigned products
  • Establish and utilize standard templates to document claims adjudication and share findings
  • Ensure accurate processing of claims through solid understanding of product setup
  • Conduct appropriate testing for system enhancements or break-fixes
  • Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in product management, pharmaceutical claims adjudication, pharmacy, or health insurance
  • Experience in the health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical fields is preferred
  • Ability to participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
  • Excellent cooperative and respectful interaction with other employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel and project management tools
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its regulatory environment
  • Certification in product management or a related field
