About the Role

The Associate 3D Design Director position at Dxa Circa is a unique opportunity for an experienced designer to lead the development of immersive brand experiences. As a key member of the experience design team, you will be responsible for guiding the creative vision and strategy for various projects, from concept to final execution. Your expertise in digital and environmental design will be instrumental in crafting engaging, holistic experiences that captivate target audiences.

The role entails collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure seamless project delivery. What You Will Do

  • Develop and lead the design strategy for experience design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand narratives
  • Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into design phase development, overseeing the execution of final designs
  • Conduct thorough analyses of clients' brands, competitors, and industry trends to inform design decisions
  • Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of experience design, including architecture, environmental, interior, retail, graphic, digital, and motion design
  • Manage multiple projects with fast-paced deadlines, prioritizing tasks and maintaining attention to detail
  • Stay updated on the competitive design landscape, sharing insights with the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Present work internally and to clients, communicating design vision and strategy effectively
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster growth and development
  • Contribute to the development of new business pitches and proposals, applying design expertise to drive business growth
  • Participate in design critique sessions, offering constructive feedback to enhance the quality of design outputs

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in experience design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and environmental design, with a focus on immersive brand experiences
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design vision and strategy to various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing complex design projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a keen sense of adaptability and flexibility
  • Natural leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members
