About the Role
The Associate Brand Manager plays a vital role in driving the development and execution of innovation and renovation initiatives across various brands, including Nature's Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, and Nuun. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.As a key member of the brand management team, the Associate Brand Manager will work closely with senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. What You Will Do
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation and renovation initiatives across various brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Medical, Regulatory, and Operations
- Drive data-informed decision making, using tools such as Excel to analyze sales data and market trends
- Lead product renovations, including formula, claims, packaging updates, and flavor extensions
- Support post-launch tracking and optimization recommendations
- Build executive-ready reports and dashboards for leadership updates
- Partner with Sales and Customer Development on launch planning and customer-specific needs
- Track and manage innovation and renovation project timelines
- Support the development and execution of innovation marketing plans and launch strategies
- Assist in the creation of sales materials, customer presentations, and commercialization assets
What We Are Looking For
- At least 1-3 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the CPG or OTC industry
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate market dynamics into actionable tactics
- Collaborative and strategic mindset, with the ability to influence senior management
- Proven ability to make complex decisions, dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field such as business, marketing, or nutrition
Nice to Have
- Experience working with data analysis tools, such as Cirana or Stackline
- Knowledge of the health and wellness industry, including trends and consumer behavior
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
- Certification in marketing or a related field, such as an MBA or a certification in digital marketing
