About the Role

The Associate Consultant position at Flexera is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of software solutions for technology value optimization. As part of the consultancy team, you will play a vital role in assisting with the implementation and configuration of Flexera's cloud and on-premises solutions for clients. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Day-to-day, you will work closely with customer subject matter experts to ensure successful integration of Flexera's solutions, from initial kick-off to project close-out. Your ability to understand and apply technical concepts, coupled with a willingness to learn and innovate, will be key to your success. The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, so the ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research is essential.

What You Will Do

Assist in the implementation and configuration of Flexera's cloud and on-premises solutions, following design documentation and best practices.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders to drive usage, adoption, and loyalty of Flexera's solutions.
Work with customer subject matter experts to integrate Flexera's solutions with third-party systems, following design documentation.
Create high-quality implementation documentation to facilitate smooth project handovers.
Innovate and improve existing processes to increase standards and quality.
Provide effective communication and presentation of technical information to stakeholders.
Engage in consultative thinking and creative problem-solving to address customer needs.
Troubleshoot and conduct independent research on solutions as needed.
Contribute to multiple projects running in parallel, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

What We Are Looking For

Basic knowledge of Flexera's solutions or other IT and Software Asset Management tools.
Introductory experience with Cloud Management Platforms, such as CloudHealth by VMware.
Familiarity with business intelligence software like IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, or Tableau.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware, XenApp, and XenDesktop.
Understanding of container and container-orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
