About the Role

Lokal App, a pioneering company in the digital realm, is seeking an Associate Content Operations professional to spearhead the management and growth of their regional creator network for Gyan TV. This role is integral to the company's mission to foster engaging and high-quality content. As a key member of the content operations team, the successful candidate will work closely with creators, support the development of compelling content, and drive user engagement. The position requires a strong understanding of content ecosystems and the ability to interact, coordinate, and build rapport with creators.

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing and supporting creators, improving content quality, and analyzing user engagement metrics to inform content strategies. The role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about content, have excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Reporting structures and team context will be discussed during the onboarding process.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and grow the regional creator network for Gyan TV

What We Are Looking For

  • Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in content, media, or publishing roles
  • Strong read, write, and speak communication skills in Malayalam
  • Prior experience in managing or supporting creators
  • Keen interest in content, media, or creator ecosystems
  • Energetic, proactive, and ownership-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of G Suite / MS Office or willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
